1. About GlobalShipping

GlobalShipping (trading name of Global Shipping Ltd, company number 14872391, registered in England and Wales) operates the parcel-tracking platform available at global-shipping.co ("the Service"). Our registered office is at 82 King William Street, London, EC4N 7HN, United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Nature of the Service

GlobalShipping is a tracking information platform. It aggregates and displays shipment status data supplied by our logistics partners. We do not carry, transport, or insure parcels. GlobalShipping is not a carrier or freight forwarder and accepts no liability for the physical handling of any shipment.

4. Accuracy of information

Tracking data is provided in good faith and is refreshed regularly, but we cannot guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may change due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Permitted use

You may use the Service solely to check the status of shipments relating to you or your business. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service;
  • use automated tools (robots, spiders, scrapers) to bulk-harvest tracking data;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm GlobalShipping or other users;
  • reproduce, resell, or redistribute tracking data without our express written consent.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of Global Shipping Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in that content.

7. Third-party links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Shipping Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed £100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Shipping Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you additional rights.
