About the GlobalShipping tracking platform

GlobalShipping provides a unified parcel-tracking interface that aggregates status updates from our logistics network. The platform is designed to give recipients a simple, clear view of their shipment's journey from dispatch to doorstep.

Tracking number formats

Tracking numbers assigned through the GlobalShipping network follow the format XX000000000XX — two uppercase letters, nine digits, and two uppercase letters (e.g. RA123456789FR). This format is compatible with international postal standards (UPU S10).

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery dates shown on the tracking page are calculated based on the origin country, destination, and the carrier's standard transit times. They are indicative only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Consumer rights (UK)

UK consumers are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For any concerns about goods purchased from a merchant, please contact the merchant directly. GlobalShipping is a tracking service only and is not party to your purchase contract.

Languages

The GlobalShipping platform is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Polish, and Swedish. Language detection is automatic based on your browser settings.
