- Tracking numbers you enter into the search form.
- Contact details (name, email) if you contact our support team.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- IP address and approximate geolocation (country/city level).
- Browser type, operating system, and device information.
- Pages visited and time spent on the Service (via server logs and analytics).
- Cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
2.3 Data we receive from partners
When you have placed an order with one of our merchant partners, we may receive your name, delivery address, and order reference in order to display your tracking information.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Contract performance — to provide the tracking Service you request.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to detect fraudulent or abusive access.
- Legal obligation — where required by law (e.g. tax or anti-fraud obligations).

- Displaying shipment tracking information in response to your query.

Tracking query logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months. Order-linked personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the tracking service and comply with legal obligations (typically 6 years for financial records).
